Limericks by Brad Black - Season D

Limericks by Brad Black
Season D

Rescue

We stole a script from Oscar Wilde,
And had a dancing Sea Devil defiled.
Vila nicks a Fed rifle, Avon thinks it no trifle,
As he halts the Gestalt and then smiles.

Power
When it comes down to war 'twixt the sexes,
Know that Seskas are better with hexes.
Their mental attacks take Avon aback,
While Gunn-Sar just flexes his Pecs-es.

Traitor
She must return sooner or later,
As Dayna still hasn't repaid her.
And since she's not thrifty with her Pylene Fifty,
It's hard to see just who's the traitor.

Stardrive
This ship’s not as good as our last one,
But the Space Rats can make it a fast one.
So we borrowed their drive and got out alive,
And we’ve NEVER heard of Doctor Plaxton.

Animals
Og Og Og Og Og Og Og
Og Og Og Og Og Og Og Og
Og like his food, yum, Og Og Soolin's Bum
Og Og Og Og Og Og Og Og

Headhunter
Og's dead and there's no way around it.
Muller lost his head, but Avon found it.
The android gets loose and starts acting obtuse,
But he can't cross the bridge if you ground it.

Assassin
I really don't mean to be picky here.
For the plot could not be any trickier.
As Tarrant's rejected the truth is detected,
But why are The Doctor and Vicki here?

Games
While selling fake crystals of Feldon
It's amazing how Belkov has held on.
When the Feds come a calling, to Avon he's crawling.
Alas his fate is best not dwelled on.

Sand
There was a young gallant named Tarrant.
Who fancied himself a Knight Errant.
For the dominant male in this sand enclosed jail
Would he trade Servalan for our Clarrant?

Gold
We'll put the resistance on hold,
To line our own pockets with gold.
We'll make recompenses, minus expenses,
Unless we somehow get foreclosed.

Orbit
There once was a thief from Nantucket,
Who kept all his gear in a bucket.
In kilos, you see, he weighed seventy-three,
So he had to be ready to chuck it.

Warlord
Zukan disdained rebel connections.
And unleashed a nasty infection.
Though his heir apparent fancied our Tarrant,
She didn’t use proper protection.

Blake
On Scorpio there’s lots of tension
On the subject of Blake there’s dissension.
After Tarrant’s crash landing, though Avon’s still standing,
I don’t think he’ll collect his pension.
