Ah, it's the fashion parade, as Blake, Gan and Avon each pause one by one and do a little twirl for Travis to mark them.

I know, highly convenient it's it.

IMIPAK must have different settings - the guard dies, but the others don't.

I'm guessing Travis WOULD die at the same time as the crew. It's the kind of sick thing that Servie would do.

It makes no sense otherwise.

Definitely. Especially this new, unimproved version.

I wonder if Jenna ever considered asking for a Blake clone for Christmas.

Was that Peter Tuddenham doing that dialogue with Servalan?

I have a feeling Servalan's fluffy collar would have gotten caught up in the her diamenty wiry collar.

Good question, but I would think so.

Maybe she took off the wire collar when she put on the fluffy one?

Carnell gets the final word... and he's right Grin

Servie is psychotic, but she's also so sexy. That week might be worth it Grin Grin

Very good. :-) See you next week.

Great rewatch, everybody - that was fun. Weapon's not my fave episode, but there is lots to enjoy, especially in good company!

Have a great weekend - hope to see you next week.

No she's wearing both.

Awesome! Only Jacqueline Pearce could manage that.

Carnell has made a giant boo-boo.

Based on his assumption that Coser was alone. He knew that he could pilot the ship, and land it (which kind of puts paid to the theory that Coser needed Rashel's help with this) so:

Why did Coser take Rashel with him?

My latest theory is that she was a slave seamstress and Coser ran into her while stealing some glamorous clothes for himself, and had to take her with him or she'd be subject to some horrible punishment for missing clothes.
She's dressed modestly but tastefully, and she doesn't seem to know much about housework. She said she'd clean the place but later that night she and Coser still sat among piles of garbage. Wink

And I love the whole concept of puppeteers. Are they ever mentioned again in B7?

I don't think they are.

I do wonder if the whole elaborate scheme in Project Avalon came from a puppeteer. That's also over-complicated and fails because of a random factor (Chevner survives the massacre).

Project "Terminal" also looked like a puppeteer job but then it would've failed even without melted Liberator: Avon would still refuse to give it up in exchange for Blake's life, and a puppeteer should be able to predict that. But maybe they were counting on Avon's crew not leaving him alone and bailing *him* out at the cost of Liberator?

I wonder if Servalan's weapon in Children Of Auron is based on IMPAK-technology. It's also death at the touch of a button.

Great idea! Coser would leave some sketches behind and that contraption might have been a crude copy of the original.

IMIPAK does have a use, but not in hand-to-hand combat.

It does give the upper hand, but ONLY after someone is marked.

Its use is to enslave people, the whole planets in fact. It's not about killing people, it's about making people live under a threat of instant death if they disobey. Avon summed it up with his "slavery" remark. And that's why Rashel was the one against it so vehemently.

Both Blake and his clone seemed to prefer brunettes: must have been genetic trait. Wink
