Not at all, I think. He is a highly trained fed officer and also he knows Servalan has her uses in the search for Blake.

He canít shoot her, same as Blake canít shoot him. It would leave too big a hole in the following episodes... ahem... I mean there is a strange psychological block which compels them not to...
