Sounds like Bournemouth beach yesterday. You should see what the idiots (covidiots soon probably) left behind.

Saw on the news. Vitamin D seems to be a good defence against Covid-19 but it doesn't protect against idiocy.

"Against stupidity, the gods themselves contend in vain"

And there's a lot of it going around. Sad

Had a great chat yesterday with PurpleCleric, in which we were railing against the current worldwide levels of utter stupidity.

I'll miss catching up with her this summer.

I'll miss catching up with you - and everyone else. And I was so looking forward to meeting Obsidian! Next year, insh'allah.

They should have brought in Bernard Cribbins.

Although legends shrouded in fact is a nice idea.

Are most legends shrouded in fact? Or the other way round?

It's times like this it is embarrassing to be English

Sadly, we're not unique. Florida has a major oncoming problem.

I don't think any country is unique in this. Happening everywhere.

At present we are having an attack of it Melbourne but, of course, it's a much smaller scale. People don't realise how long the risk will remain while they continue to go out.

In Florida they are also looking forward to the Republican nomination bun-fight to occur in Jacksonville. That will help, as will 4 July no doubt.

Totally agree.
GARETH THOMAS: Paul is a very generous man, as a human being and as an actor. The programme couldn’t have been made if we hadn’t got on. Our working relationship was magic.

Me too. I was so excited and looking forward to meeting everyone. Fingers and toes are seriously crossed for next year but the UK has to work on getting rid of the virus and, perhaps, the idiots who didn't institute protective measures earlier.

The Thaarn has built a gravity generator.
Er... surely all spaceships (including Libby and Fed Pursuit Ships) already have this?
