B7 Titles - BBC Motion Graphic Archives
Joe Dredd
The BBC Motion Graphic Archive has opened up with lots of title sequence goodies.

You can follow these links to download some videos to do with the B7 titles:

B7 S1-S2 titles

Note we get a mention! "The show ran for four series from 1978 to 1981 and became a cult around the world. It still has an active appreciation society, Horizon, with its own website.'

B7 S4 titles

Unfortunately it is geo-locked so as a fan outside the UK I can't watch them. I have no idea if they are just clean videos of the titles, or some kind of film or discussion of the processes involved.

If you are able to watch them, please let us know!

A clean video of the title sequences. So thrilling to watch!
Just because I can't sing doesn't mean I won't.

Ooh, thank you for the links! And how cool for Horizon to get a mention.

They are full-length copies of the opening title sequences. The BBC logo is present top left corner. Series 1-3 ends with 'The Way Back by Terry Nation', and even a second or two of the first shot of the ep with its trippy music. Series 4 doesn't include an ep title. The film hasn't been cleaned up - there are still the original bits of neg dirt (sparkle) and pos dirt (dark flecks). I wouldn't have it any other way Smile
