I wish we'd seen more planets that had similar administrative set-ups, even if not referred to explicitly; where we able to see that the same uniforms in use, maybe indicating another layer of Federation involvement, not just the military. Yes. The fact that Ro is wearing the same thing seems to suggest that it is some sort of uniform worn by governors, or perhaps people associated with a particular school. I also wish we had seen more of this sort of set-up. |

I know Chris Boucher was juggling a lot, but little gifts like that could have been dropped into other scripts at convenient times: the bush telegraph "Did you know?" sort of line.
