VILA: Crispy Avon for lunch. Umm… no, not my taste. Blake might be interested though - perhaps with fried eggs. Vila's pretty keen in this episode. Very snappy Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

The vinyl costumes look too stiff to be practical. Dr Bellfriar's assistant has tails like he's a concert pianist. Perhaps he moonlights. |

That reminds me of when Marmalade Atkins got into Eton and had to wear the short 'bum freezer' jacket. "Dad! They want to freeze me bum!" I now return you to the sensible adults in the room... |

Hello everyone - sorry I'm late. I was enjoying sitting in the sun having breakfast rather too much, and forgot the time. Sorry to hear you're not feeling well, Tyce - hope you feel better soon. Are you still interested in meeting up next Monday? I doubt there will be another protest next week - they tend to be few and far between, fortunately. And we're back again at my least favourite episode . . . Hi AA, Really pleased to hear that it is unlikely there will be a protest next week. Yes, I’m still very keen to meet up on Monday. Did we fix a time and place yet? I can’t remember. No, we didn't. Where are you staying? Premier Inn in Stratford. OK. From Cambridge there are regular trains to King's Cross and less regular ones to Liverpool Street, so somewhere fairly central would suit me best, but I could also come out to Stratford if it would be easier for you. Okay, I’m probably happy to meet you central but I’ll just check on a map where things are in relation to each other and then I’ll confirm. Assuming your phone number hasn’t changed since last year, I have got your phone number. Otherwise, if you don’t hear from me by next Saturday, I’ll PM you. |

Fat chance of that! I keep looking for a suitable jacket that does not do what Marmalade Atkins had to suffer but which is not a coat. Not wishing to look like a Michelin person. Might be interesting if someone wrote a fan fic about revisiting the place - has the virus dies out after killing all availablehosts, or is it still present in the dust etc, ready for its next victims?

Antarctic explorers used to take a volume of the Encylopaedia Britannica with them. No matter which one, it gave them a huge 'inexhaustable' book that covered history, myth, politics, inventions, etc. Perhaps Blake keeps a copy of volume A in his cabin. (A gift from Sarkoff?) |

Another thing I hadn't noticed before is that one of the walls in the corridor set is plastic sheeting over a framework. It's appeared at least three times. The first time I wasn't sure if I saw it right, but the next time it appeared, I saw it billow as Avon & Vila ran past. |

Yes, Blake, there has to be a warning. But Avon might think you could have waited until Servalan arrived...

What is that thing round Tynus's head? And why? Bling? It's PPE. It protects the computer equipment from minor static discharge. Of course, it doesn't protect Tynus if he topples into an open computer console. |
