I'm very impressed by the figurine made by Totter's Yard Customs. It is a very detailed figure, though small. From most angles the face is Paul Darrow to a tee. It really is amazing.




I'm generally not a fan of SF stories involving medievel societies, and there's something about this one that grates. Having one of the characters called Rod also seems out of place (as does having a Don in 'Sand'.

Well, I think that this episode is fine. I also like Animals.
My least favourite episode is definitely Voice from the Past.

As I see it, most of the BF issues are pot-boilers to keep up the interest, so they end up being all-action shoot-em-ups written to a formula by boys.

The figure is Avon in a static pose. It has no moving parts. I used an app called Nauk Nauk to see how well it could retain the likeness. It mostly works, though you can't really see how well given Youtube has turned the video quality to mush. Perhaps there's a setting somewhere...

Unfortunately. B7 is not really popular in our country. We have only subtitles for tv series, a bunch of videos made by the fans and a few stories made by Russian authors. The first season was dubbed, but it was hard to find.

The impression I got was that a lot of them were Whovians who had got into Blake's 7 that way.
