Rewatch Downunder Saturday 27th June B13 Star One
M1795537OCVirn
Start time: 7.30pm Southern Hemisphere, 10.30am Northern Hemisphere

B13 Star One
Here we reach the culmination of series B - another Chris Boucher special. Will it be the end of everything? Well, not quite. It's the end for some, not least those charged with protecting Federation's Big Computer. All but one of them are long gone, apparently. The sole survivor isn't doing too well either. Blake forgets that Travis has an eye patch, Cally runs very fast, while Jenna turns traitor. Servalan wears a rather nice frock and decides it's her turn to be President. It's bring your hairdryers to work day - you never know when they might be needed.

Hello everyone, How are we all?

I’m ready for this episode, I’ve got my hairdryer, got the green slime and got an eyepatch. Oh wait, I won’t need the last item. :-)

Good on yer, mate!

I'm ready too. I usually stick to Tuesday’s rewatch(better time for me), but since I missed it and this is my favorite episode, I'd be happy to rewatch with you, if nobody minds. So:

Keldan Control, this is Nova Queen on primary approach zero-four-zero. Request rewatch entry clearance.

Please be advised that where Aussies are involved, the published starting time is merely advisory. Give it five minutes before you start worrying.

I'd love to see you in that eyepatch, Tyce. How are you today?

I've never been quite sure about BlueyH, but he's not been here (I think) recently.

That’s good to hear. You’ve had a bit of a rough time over there with the weather lately.

Not too bad thanks. Spent most of the day in bed reading. Things are relatively calm at present. Got to grab these moments when you can.

Just saw the Nova Queen explode on Blu-ray.

I love this froggy-looking craft. Not sure that the design is all that sensible, though.

How would 'real' spaceships describe their course? There's need to be some sort of agreed/standardised fixed point to relate to, and in (at least)three dimensions.

Hi Cashaverre, I hope you’re well.

All the Federation officers on the frontier worlds on Blu-ray are not a skinny as they are on the DVD.

It hasn't rained here for ages either. It's been ridiculously hot for the UK. We need to find the REAL Star One and get it fixed.

Oh dear. So much for frank and fearless advice.

Vectors in the coordinate system.

M1795537OCVirn
Servalan is amazing when she's angry (and a little bit scared, but she's not letting anyone, not even herself, know that).

I wonder if the Blu-ray aliens fly in hairdryers?

You'd think. There would have to be some sort of datum.

Do those girls really have such short memories, or has Boucher never watched Duel, where they already visited another galaxy?

Hi All. Just sitting here with the dog enjoying the show whilst the football is on in the other room. Typical Saturday night in winter here.

BLAKE: Show me a non-believer, and I'll show you a bigger fool who doesn't realize he merely holds a different belief.

But don't you know? It can't be happening?

AVON: The Liberator is mine, agreed?
BLAKE: Agreed. Assuming Orac is mine. We'll play poker for the others.
