There's been a rash of people 'explaining' that Monopoly isn't meant to go on so long, and we're all forgetting the rule that if you don't want to buy a property you land on, you have to let the other players bid for it. Besides which, don't you think it's suspicious that only one company makes Monopoly? |

Cue Boaty running through shot in slow motion. That would be rather difficult to draw... :P I'd draw it as a three panel strip (or even better, a six or seven panel 'Sunday paper' type strip) with the main gag going on in the foreground while Boaty crosses the frame in the background. His progress could inch along in each panel until (main/foreground joke concluded) TT turns and says to Boaty (ie makes it obvious to the readers) that Boaty is going abnormally slow. Penultimate frame: TT: What's going on, Boaty? You're moving slower than a glacier!" Last frame: Boaty: I have to run in slow-motion now! They made me bionic! TT: (mutters under breath) I think you mean 'moronic'. |
