Btw while I was looking into the cast on tonight's episode, I discovered that Chief Sharkey's middle name is Ethelbert... Excellent.. Don't get many Ethelberts these days. I have been reading Geoffrey Gaimar's Estoire des Angles today, and have discovered that the Anglo-Norman for Alfred is Elvered. You can see where Tolkien got Elbereth Gilthoniel from. ![]() |

It's a well-known (English) fact that the French are impossible. I'm not surprised. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

HA! Found Lee in a wetsuit, just as the SC wanted. About 35 minutes in. Not as good as the black leather she remembered, but maybe it'll do for now.

I mean, why toys? Aliens thought humans wouldn't suspect them? But they would be totally out of place and therefore highly suspicious. Not making a lot of sense tonight.

Don't forget that everything after Series 1 is on YouTube (I think) so you can fill in any gaps for yourselves whenever you have a spare moment. Diane (SC Diane) would love to join us: VTTBOTS was her fave TV until Blake took over.
