I don't mind not knowing what is going on. I love the mystery!

Agreed. But we're starting to find out now, I think.

Argh! Great directing, cutting off just when we thought we were getting somewhere.

OK, hope that works better for you. Although, as there's a season 2, we still might not have the full story.

The panto? Had a music rehearsal last night, with a real musician. Went surprisingly well, considering. We acquired a blonde curly wig (from Oxfam) for the Dame. I've washed it, but now I think it needs resetting. Sent the SS committee a long e-mail listing all the jobs around the panto that need doing like printing off the tickets, and selling them (only one of about 10 things I came up with), in the hope that someone volunteers to help. We shall see. How are your arm exercises going? Are you back at work?

Maybe after this we could watch some Crud Christmas Films to get us in the mood.

I start work this Tuesday. Half days for a fortnight, moving up to 3/4 days after that. Unless, I have a relapse...

Well good luck with that, then. DO NOT carry armfuls of books. Or try to stop people walking into dual carriageways.
Now I have to go and wrap my d-i-l's birthday present. Take care, see you Tuesday if not before.

When you say crud, did you mean terrible xmas films or just any old GOOD xmas films?

The only good Christmas film is A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sim. The rest are mostly terrible. But there might be some that are of interest. Maybe Paula would know something about them?
