Well, we're half-way through it. And the last ep has to be the melodramatic bit about him firing the arrow out of the window (and hits the Sherriff of Nottingham again*) so they're going to have to fit an awful lot into the next two, * Taiellin - it's from '1066 and all that' again. Judging by description it is quite interesting! Thanks for telling me about it. You should watch the film Robin and Marion starring Sean Connery and Audrey Hepburn. I heard about it thanks. Yes, I think I should watch it some day. Edited by Taiellin on 14-08-2025 19:47 |

And all 143 episodes of the Richard Greene TV series (the one with the right tune). "You're not sulking, I hope?"

Judging by description it is quite interesting! Thanks for telling me about it. It is the only history of England written for the consolation of the reader, and contains only two dates. That's unusual. It's a funny parody of English history as it used to be taught in schools. It was actually not that unlike our primary school history, except that ours was Scottish. |

YOU'RE a Pict! Yes, possibly - most of my ancestors seem to have come from Fife or Angus (apart from the Irish ones, and one lot from Berkshire). |

And it did give you some of the legends, and also a timeline which helped a lot with later history. |
