Are these the first Klingon women we see in the Original Series? Like the Federation women, they have very 60s hairdos. I can't actually recall seeing another female Klingon in TOS Silflay hraka, u embleer rah!

Kert Rats did try to have non-humanoid aliens sometimes - the orange swirly thing being a case in point. I think they did quite well at making aliens believable, even if they are often invisible or formless. Why not - they could well be!
