Well I’ve always suspected the actual truth is stranger since astronomers discovered an odd fuzzy patch just 2 light years to the left of the Barnard’s Star motorway services. I think it’s where the wormhole that consumes all the disappearing socks, biro pens and horn warmers deposits its victims to… Close, but no cigar: Episode 955 |

Well, with your expectations high of meeting Flash Gordon stars, you will probably we disappointed at the continuation of the story. Today's installment is actually a key episode of the Horn Warmer Saga, and as such it is a bit long and comprises two pages: Episode 957 page 1 Episode 957 page 2 |

After all we do have those Freddie Mercury lookalikes around to sing the theme

Maybe I'll set up a whole new Forum thread, "BlueyH's Laundry Tips" Huggy must be some kind of psychic artistic genius to team me up with a washing machine, because I am indeed obsessed with doing the laundry. When the now Mrs. BlueyH and me first moved in together she was convinced a laundry fairy had moved in too as the basket kept magically emptying itself and the contents would miraculously re-appear folded or hung in the wardrobe, smelling of pretty things. There is nothing I find more satisfying than an empty laundry basket, the smell of fabric conditioner and a line full of clean clothes! I look exactly as Avon reasoned I would.

There is nothing I find more satisfying than an empty laundry basket, the smell of fabric conditioner and a line full of clean clothes! Kryten, is that you? Did I not mention too that when in the kitchen cupboard, the handles of all my mugs and cups must all face North West? The cups and saucers and plates made by German manufacturer Dibbern are distinguished by their very vibrant colours. People usually buy them in monochromatic sets with the cup, saucer and plate in each set of the same colour, but the sets covering all the colours of the rainbow. I once wrote a story about a physicist who arranges the Dibbern crockery in his cupboard by spectral colours. After reading that, a friend of mine said that she had always thought there is something wrong with the random order in which she stored her Dibbern crockery but she couldn't figure out how to arrange the stuff in a more pleasing way. After reading my story, she asked her husband (who is a optician and a hobby astronomer; the actually met at an Observatory) to arrange the crockery by spectral colours, and she was very pleased with the result. |

But BlueyH, you didn't tell us if you'd ever be willing to swap your packet of RAZZ laundry powder for these two packets of the leading competitor brand. When I was a child, there were TV commercials of the same kind for a laundry powder called Dash, and the guy suggesting the swap was none other than Dietmar Schönherr who played Commander McLane in Raumpatrouille. So there is a connection between laundry and sci-fi! |

I think we need to move this conversation off this forum and onto my websites. (i) www.letsdosomelaundry.com.au Subscription 3 vems per month with a joining gift of a free sample of powder (ii) www.letsdosomelaundering.com.au Subscription also 3 vems per month with a joining gift of a free sample of, erm, ‘powder’ I look exactly as Avon reasoned I would.
