France last won Eurovision in 1977, with a Marie Myriam singing 'L'Oiseau et l'Enfant', which sounds suspiciously like your song, OSP.

No. Diffrent song. Mine was earlier pre ABBA.

Wonderful dream by anne marie david luxembourg pas France le whoops. Close enough.

Apparently they did it like that to give John Simm a rest from being in every single scene.

Do you want it to go faster?

Not especially - it just breaks things up a bit, I think.

The donkey is called Toby already. And lives in a donkey sanctuary, so she doesn't have to get it up the stairs to her appartment.

That's a nice name.

But the format keeps you guessing. Going back over the scenes from different angles

See completly wrong. That's why I don't try to write things like LOM!

Well, apart from the donkey interlude...
"You're not sulking, I hope?"

AnneArthur
Well, that grew on me. Nice to have a slightly different approach for a change. Thanks for watching it with me.

This was hard to watch. Her sixteenth birthday got to me. Today should have been my son-in-law's birthday, but he drowned on holiday a few years ago. The donkey was my daughter's birthday present for him.

Thanks, it's OK. But programmes on TV hardly ever take death seriously enough. I'm glad they wrote the dad so angry, in a way. It made sense.

Yes. We talk so often about the sorrow but the anger that goes along with it can be just as devastating.

A dreadful thing, M1.

(Not that it's important, France have won the ESC five times. All of them effin' desperate.)
