Actually I thought that was quite an effective end. Alien departs, to universal ridicule. I thought it was going to turn into some sort of sententious humanoid and explain itself. Different strokes for different folks I like that we don't find out what it is, or what its motivation is. I like that two 'inferior' races can defeat a godlike 'pure energy' being. I like that it's so simple. Absolutely. It's just all the overdone acting that spoils a really good idea. I think I'm probably quite good at not noticing that sort of thing too much. The acting was atrocious somewhat in this episode. There are better stories/acting than this. Silflay hraka, u embleer rah!

Fascinating. I remembered the alien in this one, but not much else. But i cold guess what was going to happen. Not a favourite ep for me, but watchable. There usually seems to be some sort of B7 connection - actors/ writers etc in both or just go for SF generally. I wonder if TT is back from his Speedway epics yet? "You're not sulking, I hope?"
