 How to share pics with Postimages

Photo-sharing website Imgur no longer works for UK users. Imgur did not want to comply with new legislation and instead blocked UK users so they can no longer see anything hosted on Imgur. Postimages is one of the available free substitutes. It is very easy to use. To use Postimages, please follow these steps: ^ Click the Postimages link above. Click the "Choose images" button. (You can also change the size of your image here, using the top dropdown.)  Choose your image and upload it. Once it has finished uploading, copy the "Direct link" entry.  Paste the link into your message here. Add [img%%] in front and [/img%%] after it, but without the percentage signs, so you have (e.g.): [img%%]https://i.postimg.cc/wBbBSLWf/Watership-Down-Safe-Rabbit-only02.png[/img%%] The "img" tags tell the forum software to display the image. (I have to include the '%%' in my example, to disrupt the image from posting. Otherwise, instead of seeing an example of the text, you will see a picture here instead!) Preview your reply to check it works.  You can upload lots of files all at once. You will see a list at the end result. Copy the list and remove the unnecessary "url' tags outside the "img" tags.  |
