I guess this should be moved to cast and crew... which strangely didn't seem to be there 5 minutes ago!

The inimitable Aubrey "try a pataki cake" Woods in BBC Afternoon Theatre, RD Wingfield's 'The Night They Deliver The Money' from 1970. I'd recognise that voice anywhere!

Detective keeps on giving to the B7 fan as you would expect from an early 80s BBC radio series. The first episode of the second series, 'A Dream of Riches', has Stephen 'A bullet can still make a mess of a man' Yardley taking over from David Daker in the role of DI Roach, and also appearing is Tony 'First her... and then you!' Caunter. (DW fans note also a brief appearance from Nicholas Courtney).

I hope Brian Croucher will write his autobiography some day...
Of course, it would have to be entitled 'The Life of Brian'.

Thanks, Deva. I do love BBC Sounds - I probably listen to that more than anything else, especially the vintage Poirots, Marples and Wimseys!
