Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea
M1795537OCVirn
So here we are, about to begin our exploration of the least-known environment on Earth. What lies beneath the sea? Almost anything could be down there...and in this series, it often does.

For some background information and an overview of how it all happened you could watch Irving on Irwin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9haM...9haMyf2j0o

I can only find a free version of Series 1 on Dailymotion, though Series 2 (and following) are on YouTube.

Ready now? Let's dive straight in (geddit?) with S01 E01 (1964): https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x8...eo/x8ghuzj

Finally! Never seen this, but looking forward to it (and rather hoping it might have been influenced by 20000 Leagues Under the Sea, which I loved when I read it last year.

Over they go!

I meant the plan to stop the tidal wave. The villains seem very familiar - as you say, world domination was a big thing back then.
