There you go, TT - OSP can post them, when she remembers to, but she can't pin them!

Cheers M Boss. No reference to the episode numbers in the title, but I imagine, as a Federation officer, you were too busy torturing one of us pesky rebels to add those...

And how's the embossing going?

CB, you haven't the option not to read the episode summaries - I haven't! Wink It's probably only Federation propaganda in any case Grin

Fair enough! I'll put her slip-ups down to the fumes from all that embossing ink. And I'll cut her some slack, even though she'll probably just use it for another of her 'traditional handicrafts'.

Watched these two episodes last night as a little preview (and so I spend less time watching and more time typing tonight). Very good - can't believe it's taken me this long to watch it!

Good grief. Can't do right for doing wrong...no pleasing some people....did I mention model boats or tennis? No I did not. Nothing about shovels, either. OK, next time, you're getting the link and nothing else, which makes things a lot easier for me.

For me, RY ranked third in the post-Python Holy Trinity. Still loads to enjoy, but at the time I preferred Rutland Weekend Television (which really locked in to the adolescent sense of humour) and Fawlty T*tt*es.

I'm sure you make your own shovels. We namby-pamby types from the Civilised World don't need to, as we get other people to do the shovelling.

M Boss, I think CB was only playing with you. He's watched these before!

Correct! Just for the record, M1 aka M Boss the Embosser aka Hurdy-Gurdy-Virny does a DAMN FINE JOB. I know that for a FACT because she FREQUENTLY REMINDS me. Smile

I can see what sort of a rewatch we're in for tonight. Never fear! I shall rise above it.

Evening, gang! The first episode is Liquid Gold.

The thought of actually lifting a shovel probably fills CB with dread. All those memories of his early archaeolgy 'adventures' coming back to haunt him.
Tonight is about having FUN, chaps, and I have my Ripping Yarns DVD poised and ready to roll. Of course, you won't see the 'deleted scenes' bits etc, but I'm not one to gloat.

Get two archaeologists together and they’ll bang on about trowels in much the same way as Eric Olthwaite does about shovels.

Wait - are we going to have a 'wee' break for TT between episodes?

Wasn't keen on maths but I used to quite like a log table. These days, though, you can get them at most garden centres.

I’ll bet M1’s school song was something in Latin about subduing smaller nations.
