Starting at 7.45pm (BST) At last someone has uploaded MOONDIAL (1988 children's TV series) to YT, with Madam President taking a* starring role. I've been looking for somewhere to stream this for ages, so thankyou Owen Davies! It's adapted from Helen Cresswell's book in six half-hour episodes, so I suggest we watch two this week. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RKEB...uzvKDrNGkM Episode 1 Tragedy strikes on the first day of Minty's summer holiday and begins a chain of events that leads her back in time and into a desperate struggle with witches, evil spirits and maybe the Devil himself. Episode 2 Minty meets Sarah, a mysterious hooded child from the house, and sees for herself the miserable life that Tom leads as a kitchen boy. *actually, THE (Jacs said she was playing Servalan with a different hat. The dialogue all sounds very improbable just now. The aunt slaps her, but doesn't apologize, and all the talk about her mother's accident just sounds very far-fetched. |
