And incidentally, OSP, the dictionary tells me: noun: his nibs; a mock title used to refer to a self-important man, especially one in authority. "his nibs expects things to be organized to suit him" Perhaps you'll understand why I wasn't wildly impressed. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

And buddleia first brought to this country in the eighteenth century - so it could be modern buddleia, or Victorian, we don't know. Could be haunted buddleia... Silflay hraka, u embleer rah!
