Do you notice in these films, no woman goes around in flannel pajamas- only these ultra feminine gowns. For the same reason as they insist on jodphurs, probably. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

I love how the night scenes are shot in this sort of red-sepia light. Makes it look like they shot this with night-vision goggles.
