Are you sure about this?

Oh, I like this chase, but it is not the funniest thing in the movie.

Because as mad as the world is, I think you may tread on a special buttetfly and make it madder...Grin

The one that the tsar holds? It is one of the symbols of power.

I don't like that nickname of the tsar Grozny is translated like terrible. It is more like severe.

Ivan the severe,? That doesn't sound right. Like Ivan the slightly angry.

Maybe, but Grozny doesn't mean terrible.

This chase is like an episode of Monument Valley.

I'm not scared of any buttetfly, whatever that may be. Some sort of cross between a Red Admiral and tsetse fly perhaps?

A mix of Keystone cops and the Spanish Inquisition?

The bells are playing the song Evening Bells, and then it is Moscow Nights. Of course, the thief can't go without playing it to the end.

That's it. With a dash of Benny Hill.

It is the song by the famous singer Vladimir Vysotsky.

A nice touch - I would have missed that if you hadn't explained it.

The same actor plays Bunsha and the tsar. Bunsha has obvious speech defects unlike the tsar.

I liked the blurry time warp effect.

This Fedya is played by Saveliy Kramarov who also was in some American movies. Maybe you know the movie 2010: The Year We Make Contact. I haven't seen it, but it is said that he played there.

It hasn't changed! But you have. You'd need to forget everything between then and now to get the right terrorised effect.

Excuse me? Eight letters instead of four? Then Russians must have a different definition of 'short' !

The singing is great, but I'm not sure the song is as innocent as it sounds.
