No, no, no! Please think about the ship. I hate when people think only about relationships. They need to focus on the job. So to speak. Should job include relationships? All jobs include relationships, unless you're working exclusively with AI, or you're a writer, or even a retired writer. Is writing not a means of communication, and do writers never think of their readers? I think there's definitely a relationship there. Do you think writers should write for the readers alone? No, not at all - but why write if you don't want to communicate something? The act of writing communicates without necessarily addressing a reader or readers' requirements. How did we get into this?  Yes, I think I would agree - mostly - but that's still communication. |
